The Oakhouse hotel is in a great location for walkers as the hotel is located at the foot of the Mendip hills with hundreds of great footpaths and walks around the local area.

The hotel is also located on the Strawberry line which is an old railway converted into a cycle path which goes from Yatton to Wells.  There is also an outside seating area in Axbridge’s picturesque medieval square which is perfect for an a spot of lunch in the sun after exploring the local area.  We are close to Cheddar, Airport and Langford Vets.
