borders our fields and meander by the well-established coarse
fishing lake, which has a caravan club site. The fishing is
free for two rods for guests.

furniture. From the garden, its easy access straight to the
Botallack coastal path, avoiding all the roads.
Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, both offering fantastic views.
The double bedroom at the back of the property has a large en-suite
dressing room / bathroom with shower and a large twin bedroom at the
front of the property has a small internal shower room.
