Treviades Melyn is a newly converted mill that occupies a stunning position high above the riverside hamlet of Port Navas, with magnificent, far reaching views over the Lizard that can be appreciated from every room in the house.

 

There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 and an additional optional twin bedroom above the games room, making maximum occupancy 10 guests.  The large south facing garden is a gently sloping lawn, so bags of space for everyone to relax or enjoy more energetic activities.  The property is a stunning example of traditional quality workmanship combined with a luxuriously simple interior full of light and character.  Fabulous kitchen, exposed beams, oak staircase and floor, and a comfortable, spacious living area.  Upstairs each bedroom has been individually styled with doors opening onto Juliet balconies.

 

Situated in a peaceful rural area, but within easy reach of the village of Constantine, our house makes for a memorable holiday.

Higher Tregidden is set in a secluded valley to the south of the Helford River on the Lizard Peninsular, SW Cornwall. A dramatic coastline, beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves edge the rural landscape. Fishing harbours and picture book villages give the visitor a taste of the unchanging 'off the beaten track' Cornwall.

Stable Cottage is a delightful and tastefully furnished architect conversion of the old stables tucked away up a leafy lane in the picturesque village of Little Petherick only two miles south of Padstow and Rick Stein's seafood restaurant and cookery school.  Close to fabulous beaches, Camel Trail and Saints Way on the doorstep.

 

Stable Cottage has it's own enclosed garden and guests may also give their dogs run in our huge field.  The cottage is light and airy and has old wooden flooring throughout and old shutters in the kitchen and bathroom.  It offers one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with antique washbasins, bathroom with bath and separate power shower cubicle.  The sitting room /kitchen boasts the original beams and has a woodburner, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/ freezer, microwave, flatscreen Freeview, DVD player, selection of DVD's, music system, iPod dock, and WiFi.  We welcome babies and young children too.

 

Short breaks available during November to March.

Niver Dew Cottage

Niver Dew Cottage comfortably sleeps 3 and sits in the small village of Pendeen, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the rugged Atlantic coastline in the far west of Cornwall.  The Cottage was built of local Cornish granite stone c.1750 as a small miner’s cottage and retains many original features.


A short walk from Niver Dew cottage is the dog friendly Portheras Cove – one of the last remaining truly local beaches in Cornwall, owned by the Duchy of Cornwall.


Dogs are more than welcome at Niver Dew so bring them with you, as long as they are house trained.  Dogs are charged of £15 per dog per week.
