welcome to Penrose B&B; their AA 4 star rated, elegant and grand
Victorian home, located in the picturesque and historic town of
Lostwithiel, known as the antiques capital of Cornwall. Be prepared
to be spoilt when you book into Penrose B&B as Chris & Heidi pride
themselves on hospitality and the kind of finishing touches that
make a visit memorable.
Altogether, Penrose has to offer 4 large double/twin/family ensuite
rooms and three double ensuite bedrooms. Two rooms are on the ground floor and can be
used together to accommodate 5 people and can be used as self
catering.
All our bedrooms contain Freeview TV, DVD player, extensive tea &
coffee making facilities with biscuits, bottled mineral water,
bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries books & games; and all the ensuites
and bathroom have electric showers, plus fresh towels, face cloths,
shampoo/conditioner and shower gel.
The centre of town is a 5 minute walk where there are lots of pubs,
restaurants, antique shops, river walks, shops, church and lots
more. We are 10 minutes away from the Eden Project, local beaches
and Lanhydrock House & Gardens.

outstanding natural beauty and are five miles from Wadebridge and
half an hour away from the North Cornwall coast. There are
wonderful forestry walks nearby and The Camel Trail is a mile away.
Mill and Clove have their own gardens and are all situated around a
lawned courtyard. Two dogs are accepted free of charge.
Short breaks are available all year.

above the beautiful Golitha Falls on the southern edge of Bodmin
Moor. A friendly dog is our Special Guest!
We have comfortable beamed, well-equipped cottage style
bedrooms, and we provide an extensive and tasty Award-winning
breakfast menu, cooked on the range and served in the light and airy
conservatory. Watch the birds over breakfast! There are
also excellent pubs and restaurants locally for your evening meals.
We have excellent dog walking on the doorstep, or up on Bodmin
Moor. Dog rugs and bowl are provided, and doggie bags and dog
towels are available in the porch if needed! Don’t forget to
visit Golitha Falls - they are tranquil, yet mysterious; peaceful,
yet beautiful and foreboding, all at once. A King of Cornwall
died here. Miners have toiled here. Legend lingers.

Conveniently situated to explore Cornwall, Ragstones Cornish Bed and
Breakfast is tucked away in the tiny hamlet of Kilhallon on the
outskirts of Par. Built around the 1890s, Ragstones has been
extended and renovated to a high standard and offers two comfortable
en suite rooms. We have been assessed by Visit England at four
stars with a breakfast award.
There are many footpaths for walkers to enjoy
and Par Beach is a few minutes away by car, with ample parking
facilities. A long stretch of sand, the beach is ideal for water
sports and dogs are welcome all year round.
Dog lovers are
welcome to bring dogs to the house, we have a large garden and
secure area. Dogs will of course need to be supervised at all times.

The local dog friendly beach of
Trebarwith Strand (subject to tide times) is a 20 minute walk away
via the coast path (2 minute drive) with a cafe and pub restaurant
(dog friendly) catering for most tastes. The historic village
of Tintagel is a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away along the
well lit road path.

small farming community, and surrounded by beautiful countryside,
yet centrally located for visiting Cornwall’s main attractions. You
will find a warm welcome from your resident hosts who are on hand to
ensure that your holiday is a pleasure.
With secure off road
parking and level access to all accommodation, our 4 acres are
surrounded by farmland and country walks, and close to both moorland
and the seaside.
From your front door, you can enjoy
wonderful walks to Siblyback Lake (bird-watching, fly fishing,
sailing), Golitha Falls, the Hurlers stone circles and the
Cheesewring rock formations. There is a range of excellent pubs
close at hand, and an award-winning farm shop in nearby St.Cleer.
We are only 12 miles from the delights of the Cornish coast at
Looe, where you can find safe sandy beaches, and the South-West
Coastal Path with Fowey, Polperro and spectacular Whitsand Bay also
close by.

The Old Rectory Bed & Breakfast

We welcome you and up to two well-behaved dogs into 'The Old
Stables', with king-sized bed, sofa bed, en-suite bathroom,
wood-burning stove, tea/coffee making facilities, TV and plenty of
privacy.
The old Rectory offers 5 Star Gold Award accommodation,
set in 3 acres of mature south-facing gardens. From our gate you can
join the footpath that links the historic St Juliot church down
through sheltered woodland to Boscastle (with plenty of dog-friendly
places to eat), or alternatively take a more windy walk out to the
cliffs and walk the South-West Coastpath! Dog-friendly beaches, the
Camel Trail and Bodmin Moor are a short drive away.
We serve
evening meals in our renovated Victorian greenhouse, using plenty of
organically grown fruit and vegetables from the garden and locally
sourced meat and fish.
B&B from £36pppn with a one-off dog
cleaning fee of £8.
