Altogether, Penrose has to offer 4 large double/twin/family ensuite
rooms and three double ensuite bedrooms. Two rooms are on the ground floor and can be
used together to accommodate 5 people and can be used as self

coffee making facilities with biscuits, bottled mineral water,
bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries books & games; and all the ensuites
and bathroom have electric showers, plus fresh towels, face cloths,

The centre of town is a 5 minute walk where there are lots of pubs,
restaurants, antique shops, river walks, shops, church and lots
more. We are 10 minutes away from the Eden Project, local beaches

We have excellent dog walking on the doorstep, or up on Bodmin

visit Golitha Falls - they are tranquil, yet mysterious; peaceful,
yet beautiful and foreboding, all at once. A King of Cornwall
died here. Miners have toiled here. Legend lingers.

facilities. A long stretch of sand, the beach is ideal for water

welcome to bring dogs to the house, we have a large garden and
secure area. Dogs will of course need to be supervised at all times.

parking and level access to all accommodation, our 4 acres are
surrounded by farmland and country walks, and close to both moorland
and the seaside.
From your front door, you can enjoy
wonderful walks to Siblyback Lake (bird-watching, fly fishing,
sailing), Golitha Falls, the Hurlers stone circles and the
Cheesewring rock formations. There is a range of excellent pubs
close at hand, and an award-winning farm shop in nearby St.Cleer.
We are only 12 miles from the delights of the Cornish coast at
Looe, where you can find safe sandy beaches, and the South-West
Coastal Path with Fowey, Polperro and spectacular Whitsand Bay also
close by.
