Niver Dew Cottage comfortably sleeps 3 and
sits in the small village of Pendeen, an Area of Outstanding Natural
Beauty on the rugged Atlantic coastline in the far west of Cornwall.
The Cottage was built of local Cornish granite stone c.1750 as a
small miner’s cottage and retains many original features.
A short walk from Niver Dew cottage is the dog friendly Portheras
Cove – one of the last remaining truly local beaches in Cornwall,
owned by the Duchy of Cornwall.
Dogs are more than welcome at Niver Dew so bring them with you, as
long as they are house trained. Dogs are charged of £15 per
dog per week.

has two bedrooms. There are many country and coastal walks and

Crackington Haven beach is approx 1 mile away and is a beautiful
cove, flanked by impressive cliffs. Bude, with 2 large sandy
beaches (one dog friendly all year) and a sea filled swimming pool,
is a short drive. Tintagel, Boscastle and Port Isaac are a
short drive. The Eden Project is one hour's drive.
Horseriding and many activities are available locally.
Open plan lounge area with beamed ceiling, colour TV, DVD & video
recorder, micro hi-fi system, CD player. Stable door leads out
to the courtyard with patio furniture. Open plan kitchen has
electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, and microwave. Power
shower and bath in bathroom.

We are based between Launceston and Holsworthy on the Devon &
Cornwall boundary, near to the seaside resort of Bude; centrally
located - Bude is only 25 mins by car and the A30 is only 5 miles
away giving quick access to many exciting venues. Dartmoor
National Park is on our doorstep for those looking for a walking
holiday or traffic free cycling routes in Devon or Cornwall.
Roadford Lake and forest is nearby offering sailing, fishing,
walking and off track cycling.
The holiday park and camp site is set in quiet countryside. Dog
friendly and with full disabled and wheelchair facilities in the
clubhouse (although only assistance dogs are allowed in the
clubhouse). The park is only available to families, couples
and singles, so please do not attempt to book a holiday if you are
part of a single sex group, sorry. (Exceptions may be made for
groups of golfers; fishermen; cyclists etc)
