friendly pubs. We are just over a mile from the South West Coast
Path and many of our lovely beaches are open for dogs all year. The
cottage is beautifully presented and well equipped for you and your
dogs.

Located on the south coast, Porthleven is an ideal location from
which to explore this stunning area of Cornwall. The beach is on the
door step and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby.
There is a great variety of restaurants, bars and authentic
fisherman’s pubs offering menus to suit all tastes and price levels
as well as a growing number of art galleries and craft shops makes
Porthleven a great place for shopping too.
Cottages can accommodate 2 – 8 people and prices start at £250 per

contemporary house (with own hot tub for 6!) and a large Farmhouse
sleeping up to 17 within easy reach of Northcott beach, all have
enclosed gardens.
We have facilities to match
including indoor heated pool. Delicious catering to your
door, onsite holistic treatments including reflexology, massage and
Reiki, beauty treatments, free wifi internet access. For the
children we have friendly pets and a daily feed.
Our interiors are up to date
and comfort is guaranteed, pocket sprung mattress's and 26''-32'' TV

The Bullers Arms pub across the
road welcomes well behaved pets. We have fields surrounding the
village where your pets can be let loose for an energetic run and
just down the road is the popular canal walk into Bude.

natural beauty. The secluded farm cottages offer superior
self-catering holiday accommodation surrounded by meadows, woods,
fishing lakes and ponds. These unique and attractive properties are
tucked away at the end of our own private lane yet only a few miles
from the rugged coast, beaches, pretty harbours and coves of North
Cornwall.
We
welcome dogs here as long as they are well behaved with people and
other dogs. The farm provides lots of space for walking and
exercising (2.5 miles end to end along the river), plus there are
many excellent walks and dog friendly beaches nearby.

beautiful late Victorian stone barns have been carefully restored by
local craftsman to offer luxury accommodation in a beautiful
setting, with spectacular views of the rolling countryside
stretching as far as the eye can see to the high cliffs of Bude and

Izzyminx Seaview has spectacular sea views from this 2 bedroom
apartment which is a converted 1850s Victorian house. Both floors
have great views of the estuary, Polruan, the open sea and beyond.
