All our cottages are beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, making each property a real home away from home. Everything is provided to ensure you, your pets, friends and family have an unforgettable stay.

Located on the south coast, Porthleven is an ideal location from which to explore this stunning area of Cornwall. The beach is on the door step and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby.

There is a great variety of restaurants, bars and authentic fisherman’s pubs offering menus to suit all tastes and price levels as well as a growing number of art galleries and craft shops makes Porthleven a great place for shopping too.

Cottages can accommodate 2 – 8 people and prices start at £250 per week. Short breaks also available.

Izzyminx Seaview has spectacular sea views from this 2 bedroom apartment which is a converted 1850s Victorian house. Both floors have great views of the estuary, Polruan, the open sea and beyond. An enclosed back garden/yard, again, a safe place for doggies.

Stylishly furnished apartment with well equipped kitchen, lounge/diner with leather sofa, flat screen TV and full entertainment package.  The dining table has great views which are even better from the table on the sun deck.  Separate entrance from the owners' upstairs apartment and private parking.  There's a path and steps down to the harbour just along the road and the beach is a few minutes walk away.

Dogs are more than just welcome at our holiday cottage, we understand that they are part of the family too!

Winter breaks available. Free use of motor boat during your stay to explore the magical river and its numerous creeks.
