Owls Barn & Cuckoos Nest Plymleigh Farm, Chilla, Beaworthy, North Devon, EX21 5XE     We are a dog loving couple living in a beautiful, dog friendly part of Devon.  From our holiday cottages you are right on the door step of Dartmoor and its quaint villages, woodland walks, Roadford Lake, the well known Tarka trail, and a lovely coastline with beaches suitable for dogs.  As well as this you will also have access to 6 acres of fenced land, a 2 acre paddock with lake, canoe, boat, log cabin and childrens play area which is all part of our property.  There are warm indoor kennels if required, and kennels with outdoor runs.  Dog cage available.  We are located within a mile of the local shop, takeaway, public house, hairdresser and post office. Church Cottages Claw House, Clawton, Holsworthy, Devon, EX22 6QJ         Situated in the centre of Clawton village, Church Cottages are a pair of 16th century cottages set in the grounds of Claw House on a family run five acre small holding.  Overlooked by St Leonards Church on the hill above, the distant church bells can be sometimes be heard.   There are two cottages both with wood burning stoves, slate floors downstairs and original beams.  The one bedroom cottage has a Queen sized bed which can be split into single beds and the room is big enough for a camp bed or a cot for a child.  The two bedroom cottage has a double room and a bunk bed room, ideal for a family.  The cottages each have their own enclosed gardens and pets are welcome by prior agreement.  There is plenty of off road parking for guests. Guests are welcome to wander the grounds of Claw House and see the animals grazing.  We grow most of our own vegetables and these are available for purchase by guests as are the free range eggs, sausages and bacon, subject to availability. Clawton is a small village bordering Devon and Cornwall with easy access to the many attractions in both counties.
