Bay Tree House offers both bed and breakfast and self catering accommodation.  We are situated on the edge of a small peaceful village, and enjoy views of the open countryside and neighbouring animal sanctuary. Ten minutes from the city of Norwich and airport, five minutes from the Broads and just a short journey to the coast, we are ideally located for exploring all that the region has to offer.

There is something for everyone, with museums, golf, fishing, shopping, theatre and country walks to name but a few. There are many fine local country pubs, offering excellent food, and we would be pleased to share our knowledge of the area, and recommend places of interest to our guests.

Suffolk Sands is situated at the end of Felixstowe’s promenade, with instant access to golden beaches and gardens. Sited right by the sea front, there are great views out to sea and it’s just a short walk to Felixstowe, with many of Suffolk’s pretty, sleepy villages close by. You can own your own luxury caravan holiday home here and we have a wide range of static caravans for sale.
