An ‘upside down’ cottage, The
Old Piggery is perfect for two (plus dogs!). There is also a sofa
bed in the lounge if required, which sleeps two. The garden is fenced, and has ample off-street parking.
Welcome packs provided for both humans and dogs. Dogs genuinely
welcomed. (No silly rules about keeping them off the sofa!)

Overbrook Barn is part of a beautiful 18th century farm in a quiet
valley in the south-west corner of the Peak District National Park.
Farbrook is a working farm where we breed beautiful alpacas for the
fine fibre industry. We have young children ourselves, and
yours are very welcome. None of our livestock pose any danger
to humans, Overbrook has its own lit, gated garden which is secure
for children, and our access road is very quiet. We also have
chickens, ducks, sheep, and often pigs: a paradise for city
children! We have a friendly black lab and your dogs are very
welcome.
We're in the centre of a network of footpaths and bridleways that
offer some of the best walking and riding you'll find in the
country. There’s a huge range of excellent dog walking from
the doorstep, and there’s plenty of room on farm for off-the-lead
running around. There's a huge amount to do locally, along
with great eating and drinking.
Overbrook accommodates 8 in four double bedrooms, there’s a
log-burning stove. All bedrooms have TV/DVD, all bed linen and
towels are provided, and there's free wireless broadband internet

A relaxing snug which leads into a luxury appointed kitchen, with a
gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, food mixer, dishwasher

the other with an option of two single beds.
