The annexe is accessed from the garden through the French doors into the kitchen/living area: - leather settee, coffee table, TV with Freeview, DVD player, flame effect fire, sideboard, dining table and two chairs.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of base and wall units, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

 

A small back hall leads into the bedroom:- double bed with memory foam mattress, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe, two seater settee.  French doors leading out onto the large enclosed garden.  En-suite shower room with large 4' electric shower.

 

Latest economical thermal radiators and water heated by electricity.

 

Designated parking space on the drive.

Tarkas Rest, Trevone, Padstow, CornwallArea Details

 

Tarkas Rest is situated in the very popular North Cornwall village of Trevone.  Trevone is famous for its beaches, one sandy (dogs restricted) and the other rocky (dog friendly), the round hole and natural swimming pool.  The village is in an area of outstanding natural beauty.  The bay is popular with surfers and you will find a number of local shops where you can hire equipment and there is a surf school in the next bay at Harlyn.

 

Tarkas Rest is ideally placed for touring North Cornwall.  Padstow is only 2 miles away with its narrow old streets, shops and delightful selection of pubs and restaurants.

 

Trevone has its own pub, shop and cafe which are all within a short walk.  Other attractions include the Eden Project, numerous National Trust properties and gardens and the coastal towns of Boscastle and St Ives.

Further Details

 
Paw Print Change over Saturday.  In by 3pm and out by 10am.
Paw Print 1 pet is welcome at no charge (2 by prior arrangement).  Please bring their bedding, towels and keep them off the furniture.
Paw Print Electricity is not included in the price.  A reading is taken at the beginning and end of the holiday and payment is due on departure for electricity used.
Paw Print Pillows, duvets, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included (please bring your own towels for the beach).
Paw Print Large enclosed garden with rotary clothes line, garden furniture and barbecue area.

Directions

From Wadebridge take the A389 to Padstow.  Turn left onto the B3276 Newquay Road, then turn right again for Trevone.  Sandy Lane is the 2nd turning on the left after the beach car park.  Tarkas Rest is at the end of this quiet lane, 150 metres from the beach.
